All The Madmen, Steve Ignorant Collaboration.

We are super excited about this, lovely collaboration with All The Madmen Records, Steve Ignorant (Crass). and some of the musicians and friends we work with. Massive thanks to all involved and All The Madmen Records, for having the faith and releasing the vinyl, which comes in a unique screen-printed cover and booklet; truly a work of art.

The vinyl is available via their label website HERE

Individually screen printed by hand, using eco-inks in 3 colours on heavyweight (200gsm) uncoated board. Each piece carries the beautifully flawed character of a hand-pulled screen print and includes a 2pp Riso-print lyric insert and an 8pp Riso-print mini info-zine

7-inch single; itself enclosed in a two-colour on black, screen-printed inner bag.

Original concept Tim Bennet, who contacted Steve Ignorant and Mark Mob, Des Hoskins and All The Madmen. Thanks to all of them for their enthusiasm. After costs, all proceeds to Sociatia Autism Helping Hands; a day centre for autistic children in Petrosani, Romania.

The initial spark for this project, came from Tim's idea, for a genuine Romani Punk collaboration, partly as a response to so many bands, with no Romani musicians appropriating the term 'Gypsy' for their music. The first recording was in 2015. We drove up to Norfolk one night after work, and stayed over in a Travelodge, before meeting up with Steve Ignorant at his mate Soto's studio the following morning. Dudek, Artur and Beata, drove up from London and joined us for the day. Details from that session are here .
